Tan Sri Dato Seri Shahril Shamsuddin is the CEO of SAPURA ENERGY BERHAD and also he is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Sapura Energy in Malaysia. Shahril Shamsuddin is a member of the Board of Governors for the Asia School of Business.
Malaysia’s Sapura Energy and India’s Afcons have won a contract with India’s oil and gas organization ONGC to fabricate offshore platform and living quarters.
Sapura Energy said on Thursday the agreement was worth 3 billion Malaysian ringgit, or around $720 million.
The consortium accomplices including Sapura Fabrication and Afcons will be responsible in charge of the building, the engineering, procurement, development, establishment, and appointing of a Central Processing Platform (CPP) and Living Quarters for KG-DWN 98/2 NELP square.
The block sits offshore the Godavari Delta on the east coast of India and spreads a region of around 7,295 kilometers of the Krishna-Godavari basin. Water profundity at the block ranges between 300 meters to 3,200 meters.
